SMS Terms

These terms apply to calls and text messages from P&L Insurance LLC, doing business as P&L Capital (“P&L Capital”).

Program description

When you check the consent box on our contact form, you agree that P&L Capital may call and text the phone number you provided about your inquiry and about business financing and related services. These calls and texts may use automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voices. Messages may include application updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and offers.

Consent is optional

Agreeing to calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase, loan, or service. If you don’t check the box, we will still respond to your inquiry by email or a manual phone call.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out. You can also opt out of calls and texts by telling us on a call or by emailing peter@plbusinesscapital.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
